Micro-Investing, Investing little bits of money at a time, is a great way to start in Investing.
I have been investing in Bricks for over a year now. I don’t have a lot of bricks but each month I do get the rental return according to the amount of bricks I have.
This video does explain a bit more, (and more interesting that reading my prattle)
BrickX buy the properties and divide them into 10000 Bricks, the price of the property divided by the bricks is the amount you pay per brick.
Properties are in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide. Most properties have little or no mortgage against them.
Brick Prices range from $59 to $155 with a net estimated rental return from 1.03% to 2.65%.
Log into BrickX to find out a lot more information, or comment below if you have any questions.
The rental return you receive goes into your online BrickX Wallet, by reinvesting this money into more bricks, you are taking advantage of compounding your your investment. compounding is one of the best investment strategies to exponentiate your investment growth.
Compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world. He who understands it, earns it … he who doesn’t … pays it.
